Mediation Services to Resolve Conflict

Conflict Solutions is dedicated to using mediation to resolve civil conflicts by finding mutual solutions to seemingly impossible problems without the need for litigation.  It is less expensive, less emotional and less time consuming to participate in mediation for civil law suits instead relying on the courts to resolve an issue for you.  An important goal of our process is to preserve and mend damaged business and interpersonal relationships.

In this site you will learn about mediation, how mediation works, how to use mediation to resolve just about any conflict, and how to get started mediating a dispute.

Mediation is just one form of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is any method of resolving conflict without resorting to litigation.  Binding arbitration is another method of dispute resolution which we offer; however, most disputes can be resolved through mediation without the need to have an arbitrator impose a resolution on the parties.

Located in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, Conflict Solutions offers mediation services Nationwide.
